Thanks Brad but what you don't see is that I have given a number of guitars and amps away over the years at the Lords prompting. As a resu;t I have been able to pick up most of these CHEAP. A couple of these just found me like the RG 7621.
After P/W one night a guy at Church just came up asked if I wanted a 7 and told me he had an Ibanez didn't play it and would give it to me for get this $75 IN THE PRESTIGE HARDSHELL CASE!! Now keep in mind this one is a Jap and was a higher end guitar coming with factory Dimarzio Blaze 7's and in very nice shape. For $75
The Ibanez Artist is another it listed for over $2000 in a local shop and they had it out on the rack for $1700 but it would not sell. I played it every time I came in and had wanted it for s couple of years but something told me NO. Well I had just sold my Carvin flame top Ultra V for $900 and walked in a out of town branch of this same shop and it was hanging there on the rack. The Artist had been transfered there over a year before for someone but the guy who had it transfered never came back and got it. The owner was there saw me knew I had been looking at it and offered to sell it to me on the spot for $850!! Keep in mind the dealers cost on this one was $1000!!!
The one off Washburn prototype was an even trade for a 93 X220C I had given $400 for and the owner contacted me asking about the trade.
Again I'm BLESSED on the gear front because I was willing to OBEY and donate gear to several ministries.
Now I do play 4 to 5 nights a week mostly in different praise teams so these are not just sitting in a closet somewhere .
Give and it shall be given!!
That plus I have been playing 35+ years now and over the years ya just pick up STUFF.
