| Beginning today, we are starting a poll to choose your favorite band from days gone by (and even a few that are still around today). We will be going through the alphabet (that would be from A thru Z, not A thru G for you music types!  ) and tallying the winner from each poll. Then, we will pit all the winners against each other to come up with an ultimate "Pastor Brad's 80's Christian Metal Favorite Band" WINNER!! NOTE: This will eventually become a weekly poll but for this first one I'm going to let it go for a while to allow more new users to get registered and participate. | |

| I've never heard half of those bands. I had to vote for Angelica. Dennis Cameron was brilliant in that group. I also really like Drew Baca's vocals. | |

| Dude... I went with Angelica... they were awesome!  But ... wow... there were some many great bands from that era!!!!! Stryper Temptest Guardian Rez Band Novella Sacred Warrior Testament Vengence Bloodgood Saint Shout X-Sinner The Brave and more!!!!!! Good stuff! | |

| Here's a link to a couple good album review sites: Angelic Warlord and No Life 'til Metal. These sites have many of the bands that we will be voting on in the "Favorite Band" polls. If you read about a band you think you might like, a couple good places to check for their CD would be RadRockers or BlastBeats. | |

| Also, you can check out iTunes. I was SHOCKED to find some of the best of Christian metal from back in the day. All of Barren Cross is up there, for example!  | |

| There were three that I really liked/like. I realize Armada was never signed, but they still rocked! Armageddon only had one disc, but they still rocked (gotta love "Liberation"). Angelica was groooooooovy hair metal with blues influence, especially with Rob Rock on vox on their first disc. Too bad I only voted for one. | |
