??? for Brad or/and Hoops concerning monitors

Hey guys, I wanted to know if you could make some recommendations on studio monitors. I want some for my computer and thought you may know of some descent ones for a minimal budget. Also, I have a soundmax soundcard in my computer. Is this soundcard acceptable to use in a recording situation? I've used it on Brad's discs that I've played on.

Thanks guys,

The better you know your fretboard... the better you'll play...period. Learning the notes on the fretboard is essential to really learning how to solo... and really how to play well in gerneral... so in this article--I'm going to show you how to learn ALL the notes on the guitar... ready?

HERE'S HOW WE'RE GOING TO DO THIS...

I'm going to walk you down the neck on the "Low E String"--pointing out what the notes are along the way. Then, based on that you can teach yourself the ...

I received an email from a web friend asking me, "Pastor Brad, how do I solo in a key? I don’t know where to start… can you help me?" Below is my email response... it's a bit spotty... but you'll get the gist. Hopefully it will help you.

Here’s the basic deal, I think this should help you… Understand this... there are only 12 notes that can be played on the guitar... period... no others... those 12 notes are:

A

A# (or Bb, they are the same note... this is the ...

Hammer ONs and Pull OFFs!!! :-)

EVERY single player I've ever heard... at least everyone I heard that could actually play... used hammer-ons & pull-offs. When you really learn how to hammer onto a note and pull off to another note... and then when you learn how to get that picking hand involved... DUDE... it just opens up whole new worlds!

Okay, enough talk... let's get to it! In this lesson I'm going to give you 5 licks that TOTALY rely upon hammer-ons &/or pull-offs.
